Also known as the festival of colours, it is celebrated all across the world and with every passing year, its popularity is increasing among all faiths. This year the festival of Holi is occurring on 20th March 2019 as per Hindu lunar calendar. Therefore, Pakistan Hindu Council and Shri Ram Nath Mishra Mahraj (Gadi Nasheen) of Shri Punch Mukhi Hanuman Mandir Committee combinedly decided to celebrate the Holi to acknowledge the noble views of Quaid-e-Azam for minorities of Pakistan, especially in his historical address to the constitutional assembly on 11/08/1947, which culminated from historic Pakistan day event on 23rd March 1940, for passing Pakistan Resolution. Your presence to grace the occasion will indeed deliver a positive message to promote interfaith harmony, strengthening patriotic zeal and would represent diverse Pakistani society, according to Quaid-e-Azam ‘s vision. You are thus requested to kindly join us on Wednesday, 20th March 2019 at the Shri Punch Mukhi Hanuman Mandir, Soldier Bazar No. 03, Karachi. The event will start at 06:30 PM, dignitaries will arrive at 07:30 PM. It is expected to be concluded at 10:30 PM.
