Function of General Body

The General Body Shall meet at least twice a year to transact the following business.

a. To confirm the minutes of the last meeting.

b. To receive and discuss the report of General Secretary on the activities during the years.

c. To receive and discuss the report of General Secretary on the activities during the years.

d. To plan the future plans and approve the annual Budget. On the proposal of Managing Committee.

e. To approve the accounts of the Council and appoint auditors.

F. To hold election of the Managing Committee, as per schedule.

g. Vote of no confidence could be moved in General Body meeting against office bearers & decision would be implemented with two third majority.
