Function of Managing Committee
a) The administration of the Organization shall vest in managing committee who shall be elected by the members of the general body for a period of 2 years and continue to function until a new one is elected.
b) The tenure of the M.C shall be fixed as given under 5 (a) but for any reasons beyond control by which the annual meeting of G.B could not be held and new M.C, is not elected, it may continue to function three month or more until new M.C, is formed.
c) Managing committee may also form / constitute sub-committee in any numbers as deemed fit which shall function under the control of the managing committee, except the advisory council which shall be elected like wise the Managing committee in the annual general body meeting, to manage the affairs of the coordination assembly. The managing committee can suspend the membership of any member on the basis of misconduct or working against the interest of the council after giving proper chance of hearing in writing
d) Managing committee shall compulsorily hold a meeting once in one month twelve meeting in every year to review the function of the council and advisory council members shall/may attend the M.C. meeting to report their working through general secretary but shall have no right to vote or interfere in the affairs in the affairs of the M.C the general secretary shall be the reporting officer representative for advisory council before the managing committee the general secretary shall be responsible for holding meeting (s)with at least 3-7days in writing in advance by obtaining the acknowledgement on the duplicate of the call letter by a messenger or by fax message.
e) The quorum in the M.C. meetings must be at least one above the half of the member and every resolution must be passed majority of the member present.
f) The Managing Committee shall have president: Vice president, General Secretary, Finance Secretary, Joint Secretary and six ordinary members in addition to above posts, total number being eleven.
g) Every office bearer of M.C shall be required to work with the schedule and Functions/Powers assigned to him/her.
